Project enquiries

The short enquiry form on the homepage prepares an email on your device. It does not submit the form to a Midenus server. If you send that email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, agency, contact details, project requirements, budget and timing.

We use enquiry information to respond, assess the work and prepare a proposal. Where applicable, this processing supports steps you request before a contract and our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information or private client records in an initial enquiry.

Service providers and external links

Our hosting provider processes technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. Sent emails pass through your email provider and ours. These providers may process information in other countries under their own arrangements. External project websites have their own privacy policies.

Some older enquiry pages use an embedded Google Form. Information entered and submitted there is processed by Google and made available to the form owner. The homepage email form does not load that form.

Browser storage

The Sillage commerce demo saves product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage so your demo bag persists between pages. It stores no payment details. You can remove these values by clearing this site’s browser data. The new sales homepage does not add advertising trackers.

Retention and access

Enquiry records are kept while needed to manage the discussion, provide agreed services, keep required business records or address a dispute. The appropriate period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and any applicable record-keeping requirements.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to or ask us to restrict its use. Rights depend on the law applicable to the request. We may need to verify your identity. You may also raise concerns with your local data-protection authority; for the UK, see the Information Commissioner’s Office.
