Website & project terms

This website introduces Midenus’s white-label development services. A project begins only after both parties agree a written proposal or contract. That agreement sets the deliverables, payment terms, responsibilities and schedule.

Pricing and delivery

The Agency Website Sprint starts at $650 USD. Final pricing depends on the design, integrations, content readiness and agreed scope. Hosting, domains and paid third-party services are separate unless the proposal says otherwise.

The 7–10 working-day sprint is a target for the agreed scope after the deposit, approved design and required content are ready. Availability and a start date are confirmed before work begins. Delayed assets, approvals or scope changes can affect the schedule.

Payments, revisions and changes

Projects begin with a 50–60% deposit, with the exact amount confirmed in the proposal. The remaining balance is due before final launch or source-code transfer. Two consolidated revision rounds are included in the sprint. Additional features, pages or changes of direction require a separate agreement on price and timing.

Cancellation, refund and any project-specific support arrangements are defined in the written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a delivery slot.

White-label delivery and ownership

The agency retains its client relationship and may add its own margin. Communication and any client-facing involvement are agreed before work starts. Work can be delivered without Midenus branding, and NDAs are welcome.

Ownership and files for the agreed custom deliverables transfer after final payment. Third-party software, fonts, images and other licensed assets remain subject to their licences. The agency is responsible for supplying content and materials it is authorised to use.

Portfolio concepts

Northline and Sillage are self-initiated design and development concepts. Their illustrative brands, product prices and case studies do not represent client engagements or measured business results. Sillage’s bag and enquiry preview do not place real orders or take payments.
