Typography is not the finishing layer of a layout. Its width, weight, spacing and rhythm help determine the composition from the beginning.
An expressive headline still needs something to say. Use scale to establish importance and direction to connect ideas. A large word should earn the space it occupies.
Contrast is useful when it has a role. A measured technical label can support an expansive statement. Repeating the same dramatic treatment everywhere removes the hierarchy.
The final test is reading. Check real copy, actual line breaks, keyboard focus and smaller viewports. A recognisable voice should remain accessible.
