GLACIER
Built to hold its shape.
A material-led identity concept for a fictional sustainable fabrication studio, balancing technical precision with the character of the work.

Challenge
A fabrication studio must communicate both capability and a design point of view. A broad material offering can become difficult to understand when technical information lacks a clear structure.
Strategy
Build the story around what the material allows people to make. The system introduces the studio’s approach before organising applications and capabilities into useful, connected groups.

Identity
Layered blue planes and a compact wordmark express structure without imitating an engineering interface. The identity stays consistent across specification sheets, samples and photographic applications.
Digital
The concept connects materials, applications and project enquiries. Technical descriptions remain readable, while images supply context for how the work behaves in the real world.

Motion
Rigid planes align, separate and settle. The movement shows the relationship between components and avoids decoration that would make the technical information harder to use.
Results
This is a self-initiated concept, not a commissioned project or an operating product. The result shown is a coherent creative direction and website demonstration. No audience growth, sales or other business outcomes are claimed.
